Cheddar and PepperJack are more than just kittens; they're a testament to the power of maternal love. Cheddar and PepperJack, along with their littermates, were out with Mama. Unknown to them, Mama saw a bird of prey up above. Mama knew she needed to protect her babies and she bolted in hopes to distract the bird of prey. Eye witnesses were stunned and unable to prevent what was about to happen... One final glance back, Mama knew her heroic act spared her babies. In disbelief of what they just witnessed; the humans contacted LTAR to help Mama's 5 kittens. In honor of Mama's memory; the LTAR Volunteers took in these 4 week old kittens. And now Cheddar & PepperJack are searching for a forever family. These two orange bundles of joy are not only adorable but also incredibly playful and affectionate.
